How to Choose the Best Insert Size
For a full, luxurious look, we recommend choosing an insert that is one to two inches larger than your pillow cover.
For example, pair a 20″ × 20″ pillow cover with a 22″ × 22″ insert. Sizing up helps fill the corners, creates a plump designer look, and allows your pillow to hold its shape beautifully.
For lumbar pillow covers, choose an insert approximately one to two inches larger in both dimensions whenever available.
